Thanks to resident volunteer coworkers there are no shift workers at Camphill Special School. Instead, coworkers share their lives with children with special needs, day in and day out. Still other individuals, who do not reside in our community, come as often as they choose to assist our houseparents, teachers, and office staff with hundreds of essential year-round tasks. Groups of volunteers help us to achieve larger projects in shorter periods of time.
